What are the monthly AI credits for?
They are the included allowance for AI-powered work. Research and AI presentations are in development. Credit use, top-ups and rollover or expiry policies will be confirmed before paid purchases open.
What if I need more storage?
Additional storage is planned at ₹99 per GB per month. This is an INR add-on, separate from the Starter price in USD. Final billing details will be confirmed before purchases open.
What happens at an allowance limit?
Storage add-ons, AI top-ups and the rules at each allowance limit will be confirmed before paid plans open. The allowances above show what is included in each plan; paid checkout is not available today.
Can I buy a plan today?
Paid plans are not open yet. You can explore the features and contact us about your team. The prices and allowances are here to help you understand the plans before purchases open.
What can my client see?
The client portal is a limited private pilot. It is built around selected work that you explicitly publish and the feedback around it. Internal notes and team tasks stay in your workspace. The Features page explains the current scope.
Does HelloFop collect my client’s payments?
No. The planned invoicing workflow creates and shares scheduled invoices; your client pays you separately. A reported payment is an acknowledgement, not a payment collected or verified by HelloFop.
Which currency are these prices in?
The Starter subscription is shown in US dollars. The planned additional-storage rate is shown in Indian rupees. They are separate prices; final billing and currency details will be confirmed before paid purchases open.
