Let’s follow the work a little closer.
First, the client. Then the project, the tasks and the documents that give it context.
First, the client.
Give the people behind the brief a place. Keep their project close, so the next step still has a reason.
Our fictional example: Paperkite · Brand launch.
Clients and linked projects are in the workspace today. Paperkite is our fictional example.
I want the next person to understand the work, without starting the conversation over.
Today, HelloFop brings clients and contact context together with linked projects, native task lists and boards, task details, assignment and status. Documents give your thinking a home; native activity keeps the conversation around the work.
The client portal is in a limited private pilot. Your team chooses what gets published. Documents keep the permissions of their own document space; connecting the story does not automatically share it.
I’m working on research and AI presentations, too. They’re still in development. The goal is to carry the brief into research and a branded starting point you can make your own.
Where is the rest of the journey headed?
Before the project, the planned work includes structured briefs, source memory, proposals, quotations, contracts and follow-ups.
Through delivery, it includes commercial context, billable work, expenses, changes and renewals. Scheduled invoices, client-reported paid acknowledgements, work and marketing reports, and relationship history are also planned.
HelloFop does not collect your client’s payments. Your client pays you separately; a reported payment is an acknowledgement.
